One of the main purposes of setting up the history Course of the college was to promote language, culture and history.

The Course has given various courses such as Povade, Bakhari, Ancient History of India, Medieval History, History of Maharashtra, History of Indian Independence Movement, History of the World, Literature, Folklore, Study of Literature from Sociological Perspective.

Important activities were organized by the history Course. These included seminars, workshops, educational trips and lectures. The Course of History organizes educational trips every year.

Shiva Jayanti is celebrated every year by the History Course. The Course of History is constantly striving for the study of history, literature, research, language and dialect studies, social, cultural and literary positives.
