Maratha Vidya Prasarak Samaj’s Arts, and Commerce College, Makhamalabad was established in July 2008 and is affiliated to the Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. It is Located at Makhamalabad. Makhamalabad is village near Nashik city. It is a part of Nashik municipal corporation.It is an agricultural village. It is popular for crops like grapes, onions,roses.The college has been providing higher education to the socially and economically weaker students from rural area of the Nashik taluka. The College offers degree programs in five courses related to Arts and Commerce.Along with regular teaching the college conducts coaching for skills developments,competitive examinations and yoga.
The College is housed in two sprawling buildings right in the heart of Makhamalabad at MVP Educational Campus. The college building has all the necessary physical and modern educational facilities.
