The suggestions and complaints are received through Suggestion Box or may be their direct interaction with HOD or Principal. The suggestion Box is open every week at Saturday. If Suggestions or complaints are there, immediately Meeting of the Cell is called by the coordinator. The Grievances are redressed at the same time or up to Two days. If the issue is very serious then guidance from Top management is taken; otherwise discussion and necessary actions are taken by the college authority for the welfare of the students.
